According to a Point2 Homes study, Vancouver is the least affordable housing market in North America.

Mint Tiny Homes, a Delta-based tiny home manufacturing company, offers a cheaper alternative to get into the market, with prices starting at $50,500. Attendees of the BC Home and Garden Show had the chance to walk through three different styles of tiny homes in order to see if they could picture themselves living in one.
